Following the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), enforced on 25 May 2018, we are required to be more transparent about what personal data we collect from you, how you can see this data and how you can have it changed or removed from our administration.
L’Olivier Chambres d’Hôtes declares that all personal data that you provide us (e.g. your name, address, phone number and mail address) will be kept confidential and not sold or rented to other
companies, organisations or individuals. We only ask for the data needed to make a reservation, such as your name, mail address and phone number.
On the website, we will never ask for your credit card or bank card information, and we urge you to never enter this information on the forms on our website.
The personal data that you share with us on the renting contracts will not be shared with third parties, with exception of any legal requirements. The data will only be used for your booking, the contact with you as our guest, and for invoicing.
At all times, you have the right to request access to the data that l’Olivier Chambres d’Hôtes has collected and stored.
You can do this by sending an email or contacting us by phone. We will then provide you with an overview of the personal data known by us.
